About me and my practice
My main approach is a combination of person-centred based on open conversation and exploration, giving yourself the space to express anything that may be bottled up. Alongside the cognitive and emotional state, I incorporate working with the body, seeing how we can better communicate, listen and work with our internal world through Somatic work. I can support you in creating goals and balancing your responsibilities with your need for self-care. In addition, I utilise Hypotherapeutic strategies in the form of guided meditation and grounding techniques to instil a sense of presence and calm through the therapy process.
Furthermore, I specialise and can solely focus our sessions using Hypnotherapy for Smoking Cessations for example, dealing with addiction, habits, fears & phobias.
Experience
I am a fully trained Pluralistic Therapist and Hypnotherapist, with experience working in schools, organisations, and privately, with children, young adults and adults from all around the world, working through a variety of difficulties by focusing on individual goals and needs; and utilising my own experiences to better aid and enhance the therapeutic journey.
I believe the choice and search for our own betterment and aid is a beautiful, brave and admirable journey, whilst also not always an easy one, and to remind you that by simply clicking here, beginning your search and investing time into your therapy is already a strong step. Initial Consultation
My Initial Consultation begins with a free Introduction Call to simply talk about and discuss what your needs are, your goals, and your expectations of therapy.
I will also introduce myself, my skills and expertise that may be relevant to your needs, as well as answer any questions or queries you may have, and move onto booking in our first session together.
Fees
My fee is £70 - on a sliding scale.
I can make concessions depending on your financial income and/or circumstances.
I am open to discuss.
When I Work
I work Monday - Friday, 9am-7 pm.
I am open to being flexible and adaptable depending on your needs and availability.
